The UL Hospitals Charity 5k run/walk around Dooradoyle is taking place on the 19th August, which is the same time as the walking finals will be on in Rio at the Olympics
The event is aimed at promoting mental health and wellbeing through exercise.
Having 200 participants last year, raising almost €2,500 for well-needed assessment and therapy services, The UL Hospitals group has encouraged all members of public to get involved and better last year's efforts.
