Aiséirí was established in Cahir 30 years ago by Sister Eileen Fahey – it now also has centres in Wexford, Waterford and Ballyragget.
The new merged service will provide community and residential care to people from as young as 15 to adulthood living with alcohol, drug and gambling addictions.
CEO Paul Conlon says they hope to expand their services in the years ahead.
