Lucy Flanagan found one of her calves in a distressed state on Monday morning with serious injuries following a horrific dog attack.
The farmer, from Horse and Jockey, says there were bite marks on both sides of the animal.

She and her husband are part time farmers and have had the calves in the field since April.
While she didn’t see any dogs there on Monday morning Lucy says she has come across vicious dogs in the area over recent months.
