Tipp FM has been shortlisted for two honours at the annual IMRO radio awards.
Tipp Today host Fran Curry has been nominated for Speech Broadcaster of the Year.
In My Own Words – which was a series of programmes featuring the likes of Ralph McTell, Don Baker and Daniel O’Donnell – is in the running for an award in the Music Special category.
The winners will be announced at a gala night on October 5th at the Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny.
