There are repeated calls for a recycling centre to be provided in Thurles.
The Mid Tipp town already has a bring bank at Parnell Street Car Park but local Councillor Jim Ryan says its simply not good enough.
He feels a town the size of Thurles should have a proper recycling centre rather than green minded residents being forced to go elsewhere for the service.
