The first ever Tipperary Pride event is taking place this weekend.
Pride celebrates everything about being LGBTQ and has been held around the country for a number of years.
A series of events are planned for Thurles including a parade leaving the Town Park shortly after 5.30 and making its way through Liberty Square.
Following this there will be a street party on Baker Street until 8 o’clock.
