They want to discuss the Anti-Internment League march due to take place on Sunday, after the organisers indicated they'd breach a Parades Commission determination.
The parade has been told to leave Belfast city centre by 1.30, but organisers say they are planning to start the event at Ardoyne in the north of the city around an hour later.
