Taoiseach says there is ‘absolutely unanimity’ to keep Greece in the Euro

Meanwhile, the ECB has extended cash to Greece's lenders to help deal with funding shortages following the withdrawal of over 30 billion euro from banks since last October.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny says European leaders are now committed to keeping Greece in the Euro.

“Around the table yesterday evening there was absolutely unanimity that there should be no exit by Greece from the Eurozone, an that everybody would work together with the institutions and the government in Greece to work this out” he said.

“So I hope that can happen” he added.
