A new report by the National Standards Association of Ireland shows, 73 per-cent of workplaces don't organise regular team building activities – while 21 per-cent of say they don't believe their employers are conscious of health and safety in the workplace.
The NSAI says companies are loosing money by failing to recognise simple steps they can take to retain their staff.
