Dr Richard Wynne of the Work Research Centre carried out the Health and Wellbeing Survey among crew members based in Dublin, Shannon and Cork during July 2014.
The report focuses on rostering, sick leave arrangements and occupational stress and was commissioned by IMPACT trade union.
