In its determination, the Court said Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia – who owe the Bank of Ireland over 70 million euro – did not establish that there was a sufficient public importance in their appeal being heard.
That means the O'Donnells are now legally required to vacate the Killiney house by noon tomorrow.
