Study shows less women in senior IT jobs in Ireland

The Harvey Nash Survey shows that the number of women in senior IT positions has dropped by three percent in the past year, placing us below the UK and Switzerland.

Leading the charge for gender diversity in IT are Norway at 26 percent, Hong Kong at 22 percent and Canada at 19 percent.

The research also found that almost two thirds of CEOs are focusing on IT projects that make money – rather than save money.
