Thieves stole an Ifor Williams trailer from Borrisoleigh last evening along with a red cherry-picker.
The cherry picker has since been recovered at Ballinamona Cross on the Dolla Road.
The incident happened sometime between 7.30 and 9 o'clock on the Nenagh road in the village.
Keith Ryan of Tipp Top Tree Surgery says the thieves were definitely aware of his movements.
He says the loss of the trailer means he is unable to complete a number jobs.
