Region’s trolley numbers show slight fall

UHL – which serves as the emergency department for North Tipperary – currently has 30 people waiting on beds, down from 40 yesterday.

Similarly South Tipp General in Clonmel has seen a fall of 6 with 15 on trolleys or chairs today according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

Across the nation's hospitals, the number of patients on beds has fallen by 42 with 302 in emergency departments and ward overflow areas today.
