It's warning parents to make sure their kids are visible on rural roads in particular while waiting for buses.
The number of people killed on Tipperary's roads this year is already more than double the total for all of 2015 with ten people having lost their lives.

The RSA says people should also be aware of the shorter evenings when planning travel from school.
