Detectives searched a number of premises in the Scotstown area using sniffer dogs – they found AK47 assault rifles, mortars and detonators.
The searches are part of an ongoing operation targeting dissident republicans along the border – and follow the arrest of a 43 year old man in Scotstown last Wednesday.
