Allegations of bullying and intimidation levelled at Tipp Fianna Fáil

Fianna Fail leader Micheál Martin has been called on to investigate the circumstances of the Fianna Fail vote on the chairmanship of the County Council in Tipperary.

Under the 5 year pact agreed between local Fine Gael and Fianna Fail members, Councillor Michael Smith should have been Cathaoirleach but a split within Fianna Fail resulted in Councillor Mattie Ryan “Coole” being elected.
