Earlier, he was acquitted of murdering her, with Judge Masipa deciding there was no evidence to suggest he planned to kill her.
The athlete always said he mistakenly thought she was an intruder.

The judge gives her final ruling on manslaughter tomorrow but says he had other options rather than firing.
“All the accused had to do was to pick up his cellphone to call security or the police” she said.
“He could have ran to the balcony and screamed” she added.
