Gardaí are warning drivers to be extra careful on Tipperary's roads this morning.
Heavy fog and frost is widespread across the county…with black ice reported in patches.
The main roads have been gritted but many back roads have not and drivers are being urged to slow down and take extra care.
Meanwhile, due to an overturned vehicle, the R503 from Ballycahill to Thurles is closed today…diversions are in place with council trucks out gritting the diversion route.
