Dubliners Eoin O'Connor and Anthony Keegan, who are both in their 30's, haven't been seen since Tuesday.
Their relatives raised the alarm on Wednesday evening.
Gardai have appealed to farmers and landowners to check their outbuildings as part of the search operation.
