O’Donnell appeal back before courts.

Solicitor Brian O'Donnell is returning to court this afternoon – where his appeal is due to finish.

He's appealing a High Court ruling which declared him a trespasser at the Gorse Hill mansion in south Dublin.

Mr O'Donnell claims he has a contractual right to reside at the house in Killiney – while the Bank of Ireland says he has no legal basis for staying on at the property.

Ms Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan told the court yesterday that the matter must be 'finished' this afternoon.
