Details of the Diabetes Cycle of Care service will be unveiled today.
Patients with Type 2 Diabetics can avail of regular check-ups from GPs under the scheme, in a bid to reduce the levels of blindness and amputations amongst patients.

Doctors can already sign up to the scheme and it will be offered to patients from tomorrow. (1st October)
