It's 30 years today since the Dublin schoolboy vanished from Rathfarnham.
Gardaí are making a special anniversary appeal for anyone with information to come forward – and local people have organised a petition and rally.
Trish Murphy from 'Justice for Philip' says they will meet at 1pm, and march to the laneway where Philip's schoolbag was found, before continuing to Rathfarnham Garda Station to raise their concerns.
