A new planning application has been lodged with Tipperary County Council for 94 new homes in Thurles.
The proposal from Deanscastle Developments Limited would be on the Bohernamona Road.
The plans consist mostly of two, three and four-bedreoom semi-detached houses.
But there will also be some terraced homes and duplexes including eight one-bed own-dorr duples units.
