The Showgrounds centre in Clonmel is one of three developments which make up a portfolio by the National Asset Management Agency.
The Davis Road property went into recievership a number of years ago – the other centres are in Blackpool in Cork and Balbriggan in Dublin.
The package is being guided at €130 million with the Showgrounds valued at around €15 million.
