95 Children were admitted to adult mental health centres last year, a situation described as 'unacceptable' by the Mental Health Commission.
In its Annual Report for 2015, the Commission says this needs to change as a matter of urgency.
It's also expressed its disappointment that only 6 out of 61 centres achieved full compliance when they were inspected last year.
