McGuinness calls for NAMA investigation

The North's deputy first minister says he believes an all-island investigation in NAMA's Project Eagle could take place and should begin as soon as possible.

Martin McGuinness has also echoed the calls of Arlene Foster for police investigations to be expedited, saying they've been sluggish.

Yesterday the Taoiseach and opposition agreed in principle that there should be a commission of investigation.

Speaking at the Sinn Féin pre-parliamentary gathering in County Meath, Martin McGuinness says he believes an investigation can proceed.
