Revenue Customs officers were alerted to a torpedo type device at Liscannor by a member of the public.
Its thought it may have been attached below the waterline of a boat.
On examination Customs found 75 kilos of cocaine.
According to Revenue Customs it's not possible at this stage to say where the drugs originated, or their intended destination.
