The Belfast mother of 10 became known as one of the so-called 'Disappeared'.
She was abducted by the IRA in 1972, shot dead and secretly buried.
Her body was eventually found on a beach in Co Louth in 2003.
Ivor Bell, from west Belfast, is due to appear in court later today charged with aiding and abetting in the murder.
