Man and woman arrested following fatal stabbing in Dublin

The teenagers were detained overnight after a man in his 20s lost his life in an incident in Crumlin yesterday afternoon. 

Emergency services were called to the scene at Seagull House on Rutland Ave in Crumlin at about four o'clock yesterday. 

A man in his 20s had been stabbed and was rushed to St James' Hospital where he later passed away. 

A man and a woman, both aged 18-years-old, were arrested late last night in connection with the incident. 

They're being held at Crumlin and Sundrive Road Garda Stations under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act. 

A post mortem on the man's remains is scheduled to take place today.
