A post mortem is being carried out on a Tipperary man who died on the Comeragh Mountains over the weekend.
The 67 year old – believed to be from the Thurles area – was out walking with a group when he collapsed shortly after midday yesterday a few kilometres from Mahon Falls.
He was pronounced dead at the scene – his body was taken to Waterford University Hospital.
