Talks to avert further strike action at Aer Lingus will take place at the Labour Court today.
The dispute centres on a demand from cabin crew for a new rostering arrangement of five days on and three days off.

Management and IMPACT officials have agreed to attend the negotiations – after a breakdown in bilateral talks last week.
The union is planning 24-hour strikes next Monday and Wednesday – following a one day work stoppage last month.
The Transport Minister Leo Varadkar is urging IMPACT to suspend the threat of industrial action while the talks take place.
