Ahead of the formation of a new government senior council officials here have been asked to draw up a plan of each and every route that requires work and the total costs involved.
It follows a meeting between CEO Joe McGrath and Independent Deputy Michael Lowry who is calling on all the newly elected TDs in the county to join forces to tackle the problem once and for all.
