Parts of the Ivowen estate in Kilsheelan remain unfinished, five years after residents moved in.
The issue has been highlighted at a recent meeting of South Tipp County Council with a plea for the bond lodged by the developer to be called in.
Ivowen resident Angela says the completion of the works there would add to Kilsheelan's efforts in the Tidy Towns competition.
