One of the main hospitals serving patients in Tipperary is once again reporting the highest number of people on trollies this lunchtime.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives organisation says there are currently 35 people on trollies at University Hospital Limerick which serves areas of North Tipperary.
The Mid West facility is the most over crowded in the Country today.
At South Tipp General Hospital there are 22 people on trollies and overflow wards, with Cork University Hospital reporting 30 and University Hospital Waterford 19.
