“The Boy Wonder of Hurling” was written by ex Irish Examiner GAA correspondent Diarmuid O'Flynn and edited by Michael Dundon, former editor of the Tipperary Star.
It was due to be unveiled last month but was deferred until this evening due to the untimely death of Jimmy Doyle in July.
GAA president Aogan O'Fearghail will launch the book at the Thurles Sarsfield Social Centre at 7.30 pm and it’s an open event to all.
