Landmark Nenagh site up for auction.

O'Connor's Shopping Centre has a reserve price tag of 750 to 800 thousand euro ahead of the sale on July 1st.

In 2011 O Connors Shopping Centre Limited ceased operation with the loss of 70 jobs and while a number of businesses were still operating in adjoining properties its loss was seen as a major blow to the North Tipperary Town.

Now the centre which sits on a five acre site, off the Dublin Road has been included in the latest Allsops Auction next Tuesday.

It’s widely believed it will spark great interest among local businesses and developers given its prime location to the town centre.

The portfolio includes a shopping centre and retail unit along with several warehouses.
