Judge says charges against Bill Cosby can proceed

The comedian is accused of drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

If he's found guilty, Mr Cosby could face up to 10 years in prison.

Dozens of women have made similar claims against the comedian – he denies all the charges.
