30 jobs are to be created by ChimneySafe at the Eco Village in Cloughjordan over the next four years.
The product automatically cleans your chimney and will also extinguish fires and protect against carbon monoxide.
The project was launched by Environment Minister Alan Kelly today who described it as a unique company with great potential for the future.
The support of the Local Enterprise Office in Tipperary, according to Head of corporate affairs at ChimneySafe Declan Moylan, has been instrumental in providing a jobs boost for North Tipp.
The positions will be in the areas of manufacturing, installation, sales and administration.
