The 29-year-old was found with stab wounds to his neck at a house in Western Sydney last night local time and despite efforts by paramedics he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 25-year-old woman, who police say was known to the victim is due to appear in court tomorrow.
A 36-year-old local man who was also arrested has been released.
