Chef de Mission for the Olympics Kevin Kilty, OCI General Secretary Dermot Henihan and CEO Stephen Martin have had their passports seized but they are not under arrest.
Meanwhile there's confusion over whether OCI President Pat Hickey will appear in court in Rio today – he's been in high security Bangu prison since his arrest last week.
Mr Hickey has stepped aside from his role as President of the OCI while he fights charges relating to the ticket controversy at this year's games.
