An appeal against a housing development in Thurles has been withdrawn.
Tipperary County Council granted conditional approval to Cahillclass Properties last May for 36 houses on the Stradavoher Road in the town.
However a 3rd party appealed this decision to An Bord Pleanala on June 1st last.
The state planning appeals board has now confirmed that this objection has been withdrawn allowing the project to proceed.
