Anyone trying to find somewhere to build their own house in a Tipperary village has a huge opportunity today.
Applications are opening for a new local authority pilot scheme that the first of its kind anywhere in the country.
Tipperary County Council are selling off four sites in Boherlahan for €25,000 each that are already fully serviced ready to build on.
They are also waiving any development costs. First time buyers will have first preference.
