There are unscrupulous ‘slum landlords’ renting out houses in Tipperary town that are unfit for human habitation.
That’s according to local Cllr Anne Marie Ryan who’s calling on the local authority to clamp down on houses that are substandard.
Cllr Ryan says she’s met locals who are paying good money to live in places that are actually dangerous and unhealthy.
