Permission’s been granted for the construction of 20 new homes in Clonmel.
Newpark Properties Limited are behind the plans to the build the estate of two-bed bungalows on the Coleville Road.
A former lodge building on the site is also being retained for residential use as part of the plans, with necessary conservation repairs undertaken.
21 conditions have been attached to the decision by Tipperary County Council.
