Plans have been submitted to Tipperary County Council for a number of apartments in Cahir.
The proposals are for nine units on Abbey Street in the town.
According to the application submitted to the local authority by Dan Casey the works would entail the demolition of an existing building.
A decision is due from the Council by March 9th next.
