House turnover in Premier third lowest in 2016

According to a report from GeoDirectory there were nearly 35,000 residential transactions across the country in 2016.

Just 1.6% of these were in Tipp where the average price was €123,500 – nationally that figure was €240,000.

Meanwhile of the near 5,000 building which were classified as under constriction in the 4th quarter of last year just 113 were in the Premier County. 

Dublin accounted for over 20% of them.
