The plight of homelessness isn't just confined to cities as many people imagine – it hits every part of the country and indeed can be right here on our doorsteps.
The sleepout takes place from 8pm at the lower end of Liberty Square.
Organiser of the event Ciara Flanagan is encouraging as many people as possible in Tipperary to take part in the event – not just those effected by homelessness.
