Lorcan Roche Kelly is suing the Garda Commissioner because his wife's killer, Jerry McGrath from Dundrum in West Tipp, was on bail for other serious offences – the assault of a female taxi driver in Cavan and then the attempted abduction of a child in Tipperary – at the time of her death in 2007.
The case has now been adjourned until June 30th.
