The woman who blew the lid off the cervical check scandal earlier this year is to visit Nenagh next week.
Vicky Phelan will meet with local people and groups to discuss her story and why she is fighting for justice for the victims of the cervical check scandal.
The Limerick woman will also outline why she believes that vaccinations are so important to help protect future generations from cancer.
Vicky Phelan will be speaking in the Abbey Court Hotel on Thursday of next week following an invitation by Labour Health spokesperson Deputy Alan Kelly.
